In this fully-interactive online session, you'll get the chance to network with campaigners and fundraisers from across the UK and Europe, and hear how organisations are using more onion's Impact Stack platform to recruit, retain and nurture relationships with their supporters.

Senior Digital Marketing Officer Natasha Stone will talk about how the Refugee Council has used Impact Stack to deliver reactive campaigns and appeals in a fast-paced and changing context, and share results of some of the testing and optimisation they've carried out.
Trussell Trust – re-engaging supporters with tailored content and actions
Best known for its network of UK food banks, the Trussell Trust also campaigns to change policy and practices that can leave people in need of emergency support. Campaign engagement officer Hannah Mae Trow will talk through their coronavirus emergency support campaign, and how smart segmentation drove up engagement rates and action from dormant supporters by delivering relevant, tailored actions and content.
