Training focused on your objectives

In this fully interactive session, More Onion experts will help you to design rich and effective supporter journeys. Whether you're new to supporter journeys design, or looking to refine journeys you're already running, this session is for you. The learnings will apply to all types of supporter journeys. 

We'll cover:

  • Setting good objectives and metrics
  • Key principles for great supporter journeys
  • Understanding and segmenting your audience
  • Enriching your journeys through engagement actions
  • Practical tools for designing your journeys
  • Topline discussion on data and automations 

How it will work

This training series will consist of two half-day sessions using virtual meeting platform Zoom. There'll be a mix of expert input from More Onion experts, practical exercises, group work and discussion with other trainees, plus personal reflection and 'homework' to help you make the most of the contact time.

Who is it for?

This training is suitable for anyone who is involved in planning or executing supporter journeys for a non-profit organisation. Whether you’re thinking about putting together your first supporter journeys or if you’re an experienced mobiliser, campaigner or fundraiser looking to sharpen your plans and implementation, these sessions are for you.

The training is technology-neutral and will give you helpful strategies and tactics regardless of what form and email tools you use.
