In spring 2021 the Bat Conservation Trust (BCT) hired more onion to help them to increase diversity among volunteers of the National Bat Monitoring Programme (NBMP). Working with organising and network building expert Natasha Adams, we created a report which dug into the causes and possible solutions to the diversity issue experienced by BCT and the environmental sector at large.
The document draws its insights and conclusions from interviews conducted with experts in the areas of conservation and inclusion.
BCT has granted more onion permission to make this report publicly available to help further this important conversation and help the sector as a whole to become more inclusive and supportive of a wider range of people
